Best thing to do is remove seed oils from your diet. Cured me completely (I don't even get headaches, let alone migraines) after 30 years.

I first tried Magnesium Oxide a couple of years ago and it didn't do a thing for my migraines. However, I recently discovered there are other forms of Magnesium salts but most stores only sell oxide. I tried Magnesium Glycinate and it reduced my migraines from 2-3 a week to about 2-3 a month! I was shook.

Magnesium does help me. I also am
treated with botox injections 1x every 3 months. It has cut them in half. Stress and barometric pressure are also negative effects

I take 450mg each night. I have found that it also helps me sleep at night. I have been taking B3 but I might look into a multi B vitamin supplement. I have also found, like they said, that getting enough sleep helps me. CoQ10 I have found helps improve my focus. I also take D3 and fish oil. I can’t do a lot of Dairy because it gives me gastro issues. So I stay away from all things cow.

I am wondering though if there is a way that my doctor can test my blood for these vitamin levels and see where I am deficient. Luckily I have reduced my migraine to only when my hormones change during the month. Sometimes I get one if I’m extremely stressed though. Or if I haven’t had enough water over a few days.
