Love your channel, l have lyme disease, and now l give up on everything that cauze, inflamation in my body, but l still have migraine from my cervical spine, what can l do? Even to go to work is hard, and medicine doesnt really help, thank you.

My 82 years young Mom has suffered all her life with pressure and tension headaches all your life. You message technique has helped her. She has always followed a good diet and supplements which are the ones you recommended. Is Botox injections a good idea? For once I would like to see my mom with no headache or pain pressure headaches. She does not drink or smoke. She also is on a very low salt diet. Any suggestions?

I had to go back at this video, because I have a question: will ginger juice work too? I have no powder or capsules, but I have ice cubes of ginger juice (I had a big amount of ginger, so I used my juicer and filled my ice cube mold with it).

Thank you for your video! I'm so thankful to God! 100mg of Vitamin B-2 (Solaray's a good brand) with food at breakfast with your multivitamin. Another B-2 at dinner works amazingly to keep migraines away & gives me tons of energy. Anti-depressants & anti-epileptics can disrupt how your body absorbs B-2 (Riboflavin), which in turn can cause headaches and weight gain. Remember to thank God for this if it works for you too!!! I never knew that, I saved this video because normally I automatically grab a painkiller (the correct word slips me.. it sounds like NSAD or NSAID)

But a lot of research that is coming out says that dairy is not a cause of inflammation unless someone has an allergy to it. Could the dairy trigger be for some people and not others? Do you have any research to support your dairy/inflammation connection to migraines?
