How effective is radiation IMRT or Proton therapy in eradicating grade 5 prostate cancer cells?

I wish I'd known this before my surgery.

Robotic sounds like arthroscopic surgery but is there a non robotic arthroscopic surgery for the prostate?

My surgent says if the cancer returns after radiology, it is next to impossible to do the surgery. That is the only reason for my doing the surgery than the radiology. What does the doctor think about this, please? Thank you.

Sounds like the doctor is always pro radiation and not much into surgery.
