Completely agree with this list. I would also say just about anything exotic with a manual transmission is going to be in huge demand in the next few years like you mentioned the 997 GT2 and the 360 Modena. Dodge Vipers are already starting to see an uptick in prices, especially the 96-02 coupes, the F430 with the gated manual now costs as much if not more than a 430 Scuderia. Also contenders in this class are the Audi R8 with a manual, the gated Gallardo and the Aston Martin DBS with a manual made famous by 007 in Casino Royale and The Quantum of Solace.

I'd personally add the Gallardo Superleggera and STS models. The Superleggera isn't exactly more common than the F430 Scud or the 360 Challenge Stradale. But, is equivalent in nature and doesn't have the premium.

I think a 2008 F430 in Grey with Bordeaux interior or the classic Red with a 2 year warranty is a pretty safe car to drive for a couple of year for “free” it is a big step up from the 360 in performance and reliability and in my opinion the exterior is still pretty and relevant today, it’s still 40k cheaper than an early F458 so it’s somewhat affordable.

Great list. Would add the CLK DTM. Only 100 made worldwide - same engine as the SLR and while badged AMG was actually built by the DTM race team. Yours for $230k

Spot on with the SLS. A decade from now these things will be over $250k! You missed the G63 2013-2018 These are deals now and the 2019 replacement saw a huge price and aren't REAL G Wagons!
