Can everyone log on to the farm when the host isn’t on? For example, if I created a farm to play coop with family, do I need to log on in order for everyone to play? Or can they log on to the farm when they want?

Do you notice any intermittent pauses/freezing multiple times during in-game play when playing local co-op. I am getting this in both online co-op and the new splitscreen and am considering getting a second copy so I can play local co-op without these pauses/freezing. They last 1-5 seconds and mess up the game (lost fish, warping enemies in caves, etc.).

I have a question! If you have a switch and a switch lite, And 2 people are playing split screen on normal switch can the person with the switch lite join that game?

My girlfriend and I ran into the trouble of coop issues today, we found out that essentially you need to build 2 cabins to play with one other person.

When we are hanging out we play on local coop which has TONS LESS LAG/FREEZING issues, then use online for obviously being at our own homes.

The issue is somewhere in the net code and the way Nintendo’s “cloud” saves character data. But have no fear! If you’ve alrighty started a farm in either online or local, you simply add another cabin for total of 2. You MUST finish the day and have the game save.

Then reboot up coop local/online and your friend/other can find the game, and be given the option to load in their original character, or create a new one

Learn how apostrophes work. If more than one switch, it's switches, not switch's.
