Chipotle' Chicken Blue Pizzaa
Dough;
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 c. warm water w/2 1/2 tsp yeast
Let yeaste activate 15 minutes
place in mixer bowl with dough hook
wait til dough has used all the flour and the bowl is clean
Sit in warm place 2 hours,it will double in size.
================================================
Warm oven with pizza stone 15 minutes on 400 f.

Pizza;
Roll out onto floured surface
Roll and pinch edges to disired circle
Spray with Canola all over
In food processor; add in desired sauce
and 2 chipotles and give it a whirl.
Add sauce to dough and spread evenly
Sprinkle lightly with Mozzerella
Add fried chicken thighs that have been diced
Add diced onion
Add more Mozzerella then add Cheddar lightly
Sprinkle Blue Cheese Dressing all over pizza
Bake on stone 15 minutes
