🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

"Where do ya think yer goin?" To Walmart... where I was asked to go.

"You're sweating like a sinner in church." THE A/C WAS BROKEN OF COURSE I AM

"How old do you think I am?!" Don't ask questions you don't want the answer to.

hey ella, your videos give me a lot of peace and quiet. i don't know how you do it, but you make your voice whisper differently than other asmr creators', which i find similar to one another and not very satisfactory to my ear. maybe its just me lmao. thank you a lot for your videos.
