HP Deskjet 2710e: How to Change/Replace Ink Cartridges

In this short video, I show you the ink cartridge replacement process for the HP Deskjet 2710. This printer uses separate black and tricolour cartridges that go under the HP 305 and 305XL codes. This series of Hewlett Packard ink cartridges can be replaced from the printer directly and there is no need to use your PC/laptop computer.

We have shown the cartridge replacement on the HP Deskjet 2710 in this video, but this process is the same for several printers in the DeskJet 2700 All-in-One series of inkjet printers.

when everything work, things look easy... but my printer does not recognize the new cartridges!!!
i tried 5 times to do the exchange.

I've done this but now have a problem the i button is on steady amber and the tri color is the same and the two ink levels are blinking

It’s a shame you started saying no buttons were needed but forgot to say turn on the printer with the buttons you said weren’t needed. Other videos explain this.
