We need a part 3 talking about all the other seasonings, injections, and brines. For example, the seafood seasoning. Never seen any videos on it.

Blanco is so good. Once I tried it on my fried eggs, I haven't had eggs without it. And I use it on damn near everything now.

My wife absolutely LOVES Texas Sugar. It’s such a “sweet” seasoning without a ton of sugar. Definitely awesome

I work at our local ACE hardware…do a lot of bbq & smoking proteins, I got ahold of some Gospel, gave it a run..
Absolutely loved it!!
Brought some chicken that I had smoked to share with my buddys…Now, we carry almost every one of them!!!

Blanco is my new 2nd favorite. Discovered Meat Church with the Holy Voodoo and it will never be replaced as my #1.

Blanco is always on my table now. I'm on my second bottle, just using it as a salt/pepper replacement. I've found it's the best thing I've ever used to season potatoes

Love the Honey Hog Hot for Pork Belly burnt ends. By the way, I have to share an experience pertaining to purchasing the MC rubs. I was at a BBQ store that sells all sorts of everything bbq. He had all the rubs from MC that were available at the time. I purchased 1 of each. He was selling them at 16.99 a shaker. Imagine my surprise when I went into Sheels a week later and the NORMAL price for the MC rubs, same size, same selection...9.99. Needless to say, I got one of each, and brought back the BBQ suppliers with the receipt. He asked why, so I showed him. LOL. None too happy with me.

I think I’ve ordered all of your seasonings and love them all, but Holy Voodoo is still my fav and go to! Probably use that 4-1 of all of them. Have to say thank you too, Matt, for highlighting other craft sauces and marinades. I’ve recently purchased Bachan, “W” Sauce (both hot & regular) and Meat Mitch BBQ Sauce. Love all of them. I do the grilling and smoking at my house so thank you for all the great videos and tips! You’ve really helped me up my game!!

Definitely a huge fan of Meat Church seasoning, even in Australia I buy em and my favourite is definitely Texas Sugar and Holy Vodoo, Holy Gospel and Texas sugar is an awesome combination for burgers and steak /w compound butter.

Got my first Blanco 2 days ago. I put it onto a smoked chicken. Fantastic. Then tonight I dusted it on a marinated tri tip before it went on the grill. Amazing. And then I used it to season my asparagus. And my wife put it on her eggs this morning.

So it’s official. Blanco is 😙👌

Agreed about the Holy Voodoo! I put that on everything, including corn on the cob. No butter needed, it's that good!
