Insurance SCAM go wrong. 😈

"I'm loaded with a disabled construction truck recovered from the one-lane work zone on the Tri-State tollway.
Work zone speed limit is 45, I'm traveling 55. Everyone and their uncle wants to pass me... but can't!
After exiting the one-lane restriction I move over to the right... one driver felt I was deliberately slowing everyone down and took it upon himself to teach me a lesson!
I don't play chicken... you slam your brakes on in front of me... you better be buckled up because I'm not risking a load shift for your dumb ass!
The vehicles rear end is caved in. My steel front bumper is scratched!
The driver later received six citations."

Dashcams have ruined a lot of insurance scams. They have also put a lot of scammers in jail.

For the trucker, it actually cost less to get into a fender bender than to slam on the brakes and wreck what is being hauled.

Two company drivers trying to go back to terminal: we are both trying to enter the turnpike approaching the toll booth. Must have been a major traffic jam cause we were crawling, fighting for position, cars surrounded us bad. i was giving the driver directions we had motorola press to talk radios. I see my fellow driver over to the left, im behind 6 spots about 3 tolls to the right.
He calls says i just had an accident, car hit my front. I said get through, pull over, meet the other driver, im coming too. We pull over, some lady with a car dented on all four sides claims my buddy drove into her. Whip out the sanyo phones, accident reports, take pics, exchange info. I was helping my coworker. The lady says he hit my front, shows the scratches. His tractor lugs tore up her front left quarter. I pointed out, and asked her why are the scratches from his front wheel lug nuts in a straight line across your paint? I said i think you hit my buddy..he wasnt moving. If it was my buddy the scratches from his moving truck would have gone up and down as his wheel spun. She never did make that accident claim..she preyed on my buddy right in the most chaotic public place surrounded by dozens of people
