How to use Acolite to process Sentinel-2 Imagery on a Mac Updated 2020

In this tutorial, we will go through how to use and access the Acolite software and how to use it to atmospherically correct Sentinel-2 remote sensing data.

For this tutorial, I am going through this on a Mac computer.

3. Let’s next learn how to open the Acolite GUI. To do this, we have to disable some Mac security features.

# Disable security for program files
sudo spctl --master-disable

# Re-enable security after running acolite
sudo spctl --master-enable

How can I view the processed image? I can only view .txt files in the output file.
