"CHEESY UBE ENSAYMADA with UBE BUTTERCREAM TOPPINGS • SOFT & CHEESY (NEGOSYO IDEA)"

INGREDIENTS:
•For the Dough•
4 cups ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
½ cup WHITE SUGAR, granulated
1 tbsp INSTANT DRY YEAST
1 tsp SALT
3 tbsps UBE POWDER (optional)
4 tsps UBE FLAVORADE
2 large EGGS, beaten
⅓ cup UNSALTED BUTTER, melted
+ 1 cup WATER

•For the Filling•
CHEESE
UBE HALAYA (optional)

•For the Ube Buttercream Toppings•
½ cup UNSALTED BUTTER, softened
⅓ cup WHITE SUGAR, granulated
2 tsps UBE FLAVORADE
+ CHEESE, grated

Yield: 14-15 pcs (70grams of dough each ensaymada)

Tips: Before kneading, grease the flat surface and hands with oil or butter if the dough is sticky. Keep on kneading until smooth and elastic.
