With the LED lights, they need to standardise the stuff, a bit like the B22, E27, etc, where 3rd parties can make a part that will fit and work in a number of devices.
Like if the connector and dimensions of that Bell downlight module at 30:30 was an international standard then every manufacturer could make modules to fit the light fitting. You could have a Bell downlight with a Philips, or Osram light module fitted.

TLC direct sell a 5ft LED batten fitting and separate tubes in the usual colour temperatures. They’re very reasonably priced too. Excellent ending to the video David. Bonkers 🤪

soon as you mentioned the leds lights not working on half i know straght away dry joint seen it so many time fixed about 30 of many different brands bit of a clean up fresh solder never had any fail as of yet.

Hi David. Please dan i have some have replaced quite a few of our flourescent tubes for LED tubes and the supplied led starter thing. Now we have a couple of flourescent fittings with 2 tubes and NO starter's!!!!
When 1 tube is taken out it makes the other tube go out. The LED replacement tubes will not light up. I believe its something to do with the😊
