How To Make Air Fryer Beets Recipe (Cook With Me). ⬇ RECIPE BELOW ⬇Today we're whipping up this air fryer beets side dish - it's a healthy side dish you can air fry. See how to cook orange, yellow or red beets in air fryer with step by step recipe instructions.

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F and prepare the beets for roasting in the air fryer. First wash beets, peel them carefully with a vegetable peeler, and dice them into 1 inch chunks which are perfect for bite sized pieces.

Season beets. Add olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder to a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Add beets and use a spatula to toss them in the seasoning to coat beets evenly on all sides.

Air fry beets in a single layer (flat layer, not on top of each other) in the air fryer basket for a total of 15-20 minutes (flipping them every 5-10 minutes).

Cook beets until fork tender.

Serve air fryer beets warm or chilled as a side dish or on a salad as desired.
