You just need to open terminal in twrp (or with adb shell) and create the missing directory (mkdir /cache/recovery). if the directory exists and it has files inside, just delete all files inside the directory (rm -rf /cache/recovery/*)

I just had an error 7. and I think this is the problem in TWRP that can't read the script. Then I replaced my TWRP version with a downgrade version. And it doesn't have error 7 anymore.
