my phone is still the same after factory reseting apps are still there and like nothings changed after reseting im also using twrp on my kitkat device.it doesnt allow me to do anything.

i did this and installed a custom rom, and it was successful but but when i rebbot my system it always goes to twrp instead of normal reboot

it works but only temporary on my device. once i rebooted to system, then come back to recovery (twrp) it happens again. i cant install magisk coz i have to delete for twrp to read the data. any permanent solution?
