Low FODMAP Recipe: Turkish Eggs (Cilbir)

I may not have recorded the steps in video format, but I do have the recipe for you! This is my low FODMAP spin on Turkish Eggs (Cilbir). Save this recipe for later! 📲
Serves 2
✖️ 1 cup lactose-free Greek yoghurt
✖️ 1 tsp @cobramestate garlic-infused oil
✖️ ½ Lebanese cucumber, grated
✖️ 100g/3.5oz butter
✖️ ½ tsp ground cumin
✖️ 1 tsp paprika
✖️ 1 tbsp chilli flakes
✖️ Fresh dill and parsley to serve
✖️ Sourdough bread to serve
✖️ 4 eggs
1. Start by cooking your eggs. I chose to make jammy-boiled eggs by placing them in boiling water for 6 minutes. Plunge into an ice bath & peel.
2. Combine yoghurt, infused olive oil, and cucumber in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. In a small pan, melt the butter and add the cumin, paprika and chilli flakes. Stir for 30 seconds and take off the heat.
4. Assemble the dish with yoghurt on the bottom, eggs, fresh herbs, and chilli butter. Serve with toasted sourdough bread.
