These symbols are from the undercroft the way I figured it out is when you take the right path you see the symbol in the cave past that than the symbol above the wheel across from that is the 7 looking symbol which has the the needle under it that you can stand on when looking towards the symbol above the wheel from the 7 it points towards the wheel and the wheel spins in the direction of the sequence. HOLY BIG BRAIN MOMENT!

I love this Boss idea, but I was disappointed when no loot dropped. Wouldve been a great opportunity to give is some Secret Boss Specific loot. Like Strike Boss Loot from D1 Strikes. Just saying, its pretty underwhelming when you kill secret boss. Really cool idea, wasted chance.
