I'm glad the droughts over - fed up of getting soaked through!
I'm in London - there are so few wild spaces - I have to drive my Dog to have his walk! I do know where there is a Hazlenut Tree, and next door grows Apples which drop my side. I've lived here 5 years and have yet to see edible berries.

So glad I've found this. The segment about Oaks was genuinely moving.
Excited for the acorn processing video now.

Hi Joseph hope your doing well? I know you say the acorn is ready when the tree sheds it but doesn't the colour also have something to do with it? Ie I thought they had to be more brown in colour?

Modern agriculture is so depressing. I know it isn't the answer but I would love to go back a few hundred years and live life foraging and using herbal medicine.

How do you eat nettle? Boil? Do the leaves or stem sting?
