Amber jelly roll is a cousin of Black Fungus/cloud ear/wood ear found commonly in chinese cooking, you can practically use it in any dish; stir fry, steaming, soup, cold dishes (after cooking).

They are pretty much tasteless and just absorbs flavours wonderfully so the best recommendations is heavy seasoning or add in something full of sauce/stew.

Its important to note that one should only consume chaga mushroom if it is on a birch tree. Otherwise, it may contain dangerous levels of arsinic.
