In my country. We use the lemon vinegar as a substitute for lemon or vinegar in recipes. It stretches out the fresh produce an still gives you the more fragrant and herbal notes that vinegar lacks. We also put them in salt or sugar, good as garnish or mashed up/chopped up as seasonings in food

natural cleaner isn’t gonna do anything about the nasty bacteria that can live on kitchen surfaces. Might work for physical debris but you still need to be disinfecting your kitchen surfaces with the proper products. “Natural” doesn’t mean better and there’s nothing wrong with commercial kitchen cleaners and disinfectants when used according to instructions. I think you can do this with any citrus like orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit

first of all, there are cleansers on the market which utilize these ingredients in more stable forms and will actually do a good job cleaning. second of all, "natural" is a meaningless buzzword. arsenic and lead are also natural. that word means nothing.

use diluted isopropyl alcohol and lemongrass essential oil if you want something that is worth your time and ✌️
