Why should we support Congress when they don't support the people who pay taxes which allow them a paycheck and health benefits!

We all have been waiting since May when the GOP Senate said we will take a pause. Now at this point everyone just wants something yet McConnell just laughs about out and it was on a live debate when he laughed about it.They have been taking in our tax dollars for years and now when taxpayers need help they laugh at us. 48 years of paying taxes and I get laughed at by a millionaire that will not uphold his oath to office.

Everyone need or lost their jobs. Why just airline workers have to be prioritized?

These poor airline workers really think if the gov bails out the airlines again that they will keep their jobs. That money will go in the ceos and stock owners pockets, and then they will still lay them off so that they can make bonuses too.

This is a reason why I hate Mitch McConnell's cuz he was debating Amy McGrath and Kentucky Debate and just laughing at her she's looking at you he laughing at the airlines Airlines l work at a place called Park spot there was used to have a housing right there for I know a lot of these flight attendants So I'm basically here laughing at the whole that's reason why we need to vote out Mitch McConnell cuz he's in the way won't let anything threw with Donald Trump's desk We need that vote out Mitch McConnell out of Kentucky's race Vote him out.

The reality is ... the demand will return but it will never be the same demand we once had. As an airline worker myself working for southwest airlines.. (the least most likely airline to furlough of all the major airlines) - This pandemic is changing the way we live. Markets are shifting to an online business model. The fact of the matter is that we simply just wont return to the high's we were experiencing this last decade. The demand will not be the same, so regardless of congress extending the PSP program to the airlines.. were just delaying the inevitable. It is tough and no one wants to see a fellow co-worker get furloughed but looking towards the future its not hard for any major airline to see that cost cutting measures are going to be needed. American Airlines is also the WORST airline to be working for in a pandemic. They have the most debt of all the major airlines.

pelosi and trump are in a battle right now that is practically identical to that which occurred in january of 2019 WRT the budget and it's affect on funding for a wall. in that fight trump declared that he would shutdown the government unless pelosi and the house approved funding for the wall. federal workers were held hostage, financially speaking, until trump relented.

this time the fight is over funding for covid relief and the hostages are various sectors of our citizenry. the two protagonists are the same (trump and pelosi). the object being fought over is the same (essentially funding) with the only difference being the individuals of the groups that are suffering.

Government employees have money and rich ..stable income... They don't care about Airline workers... people need help but they keep fighting over stimulus package. House prices will drop like crazy next year after no more support from the package. Save money to buy house if you plan to buy one. Wait until end of 2021... it will be horrible
