I initially got into Slipknot during lockdown bc of Justin Whang's video and listened to the self-titled album as a result. I discovered your videos after researching the mask progression. I had no idea that there was this mask subculture, now I have a whole new appreciation for things I already liked and things I never thought I'd get into. Best of all, though, you've introduced me to so many bands and imagery that I will share with my little nephew one day. He's 5 and loves gory, disturbing masks. We don't know where he got it from. He's going to love Slipknot, GWAR, and especially Ghost when he's older, I just know it. Thank you for right now, and thank you for five years from now.

Can't say I understand seasonal depression and never have, I've dealt with extreme depression and anxiety for the last 13 years consistently so I wonder if that's why. But for anyone going through it, you will survive and thrive when your season comes. Build yourself up to make that time even better and prepare to make the most of when you are feeling up. It's hard but we can all do it and this community is full of people like us who go through all of it. I think that's why we are all here. Lift each other up, respect others, don't tolerate those who don't see the vision of what we all do and hates.

I go through it too man seasonal depression is a huge bitch especially when you’re technically homeless and struggling but it’s good to know that we’re not alone in it making masks and collecting masks does make me feel distracted and happy so thank you for opening me up

The Spit it Out liar is also my favorite. The pointy eyes is what does it for me, it's sinister, uncanny, creepy as shit. And what's better is that it was never meant to be. This one's pretty decent although I can see more of a horror influence here with the gaping smile. However the misaligned drunken eyes really adds to the creepy uncanny factor on a different way than the original. Good stuff!
