Inside Cairo's SLUM Filled with GARBAGE | Cairo Egypt Walking Tour in 4K

In between the iconic landmarks, mosques, and souks of Cairo lies a slum settlement that is filled with garbage. Bags and bags and bags of garbage. Appropriately nicknamed Garbage City, it’s actually called Manshiyat Naser, and it’s located just around the outskirts of Cairo’s centre, at the base of Mokattam Hill.

I think what inl like most about this video is how friendly people are. Yet you go to tourist hotshots and people are so rude. Really good video . Thanks for sharing

Wow! No traffic controls—no red lights, stop signs, yield signs, crosswalks, and no accidents! Amazing!

Obviously bad conditions but still has a unique charm to it. The people seem very nice, and it's cool seeing all the dense architecture together. Almost futuristic desert vibes in a way.

Here in Phoenix, Arizona, the garbage collection is well organized, recycling is improving, we must all do our bit to save the planet for the next generation.

Oh my gosh, I know this probably sounds silly to a lot of people but I felt so bad for that cow tied up outside the butcher's shop, with dead carcasses hanging all around him, I'm sure he knew of his demise 4:39 😢 lol 🐄 awww

I was in Cairo 10 years ago-the filthiest city I've ever seen, worse than Nairobi. In the morning it was smokey from all the trash burning. On the way to the airport one morning I couldn't open my eyes because they were so teared up from the air pollution. On a ride to Giza thru the ag region we saw dead cows floating in the irrigation canals, meat hanging outside food shops, flies everywhere.
