I always laugh when these business professionals that make strategic decisions based on data and facts but then also believe in “serendipity” of chance office encounters.

As an employer with 2432 employees, I posted that ALL staff must return to their offices in 3 days, no exceptions. I had to fire about 145 people, but they’re easily replaceable, as is anyone. No severance pay, nothing.

I believe productivity is up when workers work 5 days a week fully in office in a formal and structured setting (business formal or professional) with fixed break and lunch time.
