I continued to thrive while playing Division 1 golf at the University of Central Florida, holding the captain's title throughout my senior year. After finishing my college career, I went straight to LPGA Q-school, where I secured my tour card for the LPGA/SYMETRA Tour. During my rookie year, I joined the cast of the popular Golf Channel Show "Big Break," showcasing my competitive skills on national television. I’m with the previous comment …
Have heard the term “Cover the Ball”, but no one ever said it was “Chest over ball at Impact”. Fixes a couple of issues … a) in an effort to clear the hips, I often clear the shoulders before impact 🙄and b) get the weight over onto the lead foot (hip over foot)

BUT, I have a tear in my left meniscus, and find myself favoring the right leg.

Any tips on putting less pressure into the left knee?

Yes, a senior golfer, not as flexible as I was in younger days.
