I gave the SE a chance but I exchanged for the XR in the end. The SE felt like a step backwards in terms of battery life and screen size (coming from a 7 Plus). Much happier with XR now.

SE wins because it loads 30% faster. Can still last over 5 hours of battery. And is smaller and cheaper and overall better. And it fits in your pocket

I love my XR—size and battery are the two main factors for me, so sticking with it for a while 👍

I prefer an xr. The a12 and a13 chip are almost identical. Xr is fast as hell. The battery on the xr is way bigger than the se. you’ll prolly get like 3 or 4 more hours on the xr. the camera is still amazing on the xr even tho the se is better it doesn’t really make a big difference to me. So I suggest for anyone who’s trying to decide, get an xr.

I’d go for the SE. If I wanted a bigger and full screen, I’d wait for the 12. But I must admit XR’s battery is great and I hope the 12 will be like that or even surpass it.

I'm getting the XR in November. It has a modern look, good camera, face id, it's fast, and isn't too small 👍👍
EDIT: I ended up getting the SE 2 bc I have the smallest hands in the world 🙌🏻
