I absolutely find grounding to be helpful for my anxiety. Although I am prescribed anti anxiety medication, I try to limit their use, and this is one of coping skills. If i feel a panic attack approaching, i go right for this. It's easy and can be done anywhere! Thank you for sharing all of these tips!!!

I just kick off my flip flops and walk around barefoot, in the grass.
Put my feet in my salt swimming pool.
My bed is also grounded.
Highly recommend a grounded yoga mat.
I had no idea it’s trendy now.🙏✌️❤️

Grounding is bare feet on dirt or grass. That will flush body of emf anxiety. Can not have rubber shoes on
It works !!!! 30 min or more daily. Yes yed
