Hi, I can't log in to the control panel, and I don't receive any email to recover or reset my password. I contacted the support by email, and I didn't receive any solution to my problem. I contacted the support by phone and didn't get anything useful and all the services are currently unavailable.
So I'm stuck with a paid subscription that I cannot use and even cannot cancel.
