Renee I don’t want to criticise you at all, just something that my midwife told me: running before 6 months postpartum and be really damaging to your body, you’ve been through a lot please be careful and take care of yourself it’s easy to give 100% to our child and forget that we’ve also been through something traumatic and life changing ❤
