This guy clearly hasn't been into Judo when Yuko was a thing. 15sec will 100% not be Waza-ari+Yuko, if you hold between 10-20 seconds it will be Waza-ari.

The information on Yuko is incorrect.
Some other points with clarification below.

The IJF demonstrated the positions where throws will be awarded with Yuko.
11-19 secs pin will be awarded wazari.

in the last rule set hooking the legs wasn't allowed. it still isn't allowed

time between counting attacks has actually bee made shorter in essense.

pic @4:48 is now allowed, since the arms are not gripped on each other

I think what you have said about leg grabbing is a little bit wrong. What i understand is that you can grab legs but in the inner top tight, but grabbing legs below that is forbidden. Anyways, the IJF will have to explain that better.

Despite that, i like the rule changes. I give it an 8/10.

It didn't say anything about Yuko being a newaza only score. Just that it will be awarded after 5 seconds of osaekomi. Delete this video you're just causing more confusion and misinterpreting

Rule 4. In the seminar they told contrary it is OK to block the leg like Heidarov did once you have proper Kumi kata with two hands in the allowed way.

then the head dive rule is still legal just relaxed.

It's still illegal to run off the mat. but not illegal if you are pushed out.

Very confusing definitions and rules. Some are good, like OK for diving, unintentional stepping out of tatami and re-introduction of kankoku seoi nage. But some are ridiculous and meaningless. Yuko score is totally excessive. 10 and 20 sec osaikomi was clear and good enough. Who and why asked for additional 5 sec okaikomi? Yuko for landing (which is not even mentioned in the issued Rules at all) controversial and turbid. Where is a boarder between landing to the 90 degrees and more to the front to score Yuko and belly as valid defense (no shido) were not able to formulate even those who leading the Seminar. This is insane. Don't fix what's not broken!!! Two clear scores of Ippon and Wazari are perfect and there is no need in Yuko at all!!! Confusing score will lead to controversies, misunderstanding and disappointments. Why do we need that? Judo was going the path to simplify rules and making them easy and concise. Why to make U-turn and go back to complex and confusing rules? Definitions of the Rules must be given an attention too. What is this mysterious 'top inner thigh'? How about outer thigh? Is the leg grabbing prohibited, or banned only from inside but OK from outside. Who made ridiculous and absolutely meaningless rule: Positive action in newaza will be taken into consideration??? What does it mean? What consideration? What positive actions? Now what, it is not taken? Today it is already assessed with ippon and wazari, meaning it is already taken into consideration - tomato tomahto. Why to make so-called "new" Rule out of nowhere? If this consideration meaning something else and new, it must be told in the Rule, not to be general vain phrase. Very disappointing and confusing rule change and seminar. You could see it from whispering audience and their puzzled enquires.
