You need to use the x100pro & it's raw files shooting mode against the ff camera for a fair comparison. You can't compare auto shooting mode saving on jpg against a ff camera that's not really a true comparison, I think camera enthusiasts are scared to do that as it will show just how close smartphone cameras are coming to make ff cameras obsolete

Also The x100 does NOT have a 1 inch sensor only the x100 pro does

Shoe things as a suggestion as well as observations also...
1. "You need" an editor for video editing. Because he can show it perfectly the comparison between different photographs by giving the proper crops of the photographs at right time.

2. Whenever you are using mobile phone go little further and zoom optically because it increases the focal length reducing the panoramic distortion in the portrait also.

3. It seems mobile has eaten up apsc sensor.

4. Objectives of both of the equipments a different. Therefore every observer will not watch every image by zooming into the laptop which he is supposed to see on his mobile itself. Therefore mobiles are stealing the cake of mirrorless cameras.

5. Take the full advantage of optical zooming while taking the photograph through mobile. That will give fantastic results.

6. DSLR doesn't work in case of videography as compared to the mobiles considered in the equipment size and the capability to be consumed by general user on social media.

7. Now the equation has become -professional people DSLR or mirrorless.
Hi and users of social media costly mobile cameras.
Better users on social media photo related good camera as like Vivo.

X109 doesn't have 1 inch sensor sir, it's 1/1.49 inch.
Nice explanation though with 3 suitable examples.
Full frame just stands apart APSC still looks very natural compared to smartphone.

I have X100 and It has sony imx920 1/1.31 inch main sensor, X100 pro has 1 inch imx989.Even non pro version is amazing on photo
Maybe you didnt notice it has vivid and zeiss photo mode.Zeiss mode is natural mode, vivid is more punchy.
You probably had vivid mode turned on
