Emilia Jones and Marlee Matlin on CODA

SIDEWALKS host Veronica Castro interviews Marlee Matlin and Emilia Jones, two of the cast members of the Apple TV+ original film, “CODA.” Along with Matlin’s interpreter is Jack Jason, they talk about the film, where Jones played a hearing teenage girl Ruby Rossi, who is a child of deaf adults (CODA for short), and Matlin as her mother, Jackie Rossi. Additionally, in the middle of the interview, a Zoom clip is shown with the cast members (including Troy Kotsur and Daniel Durant) finding out that were nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Awards: Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.
