Magnetic repulsion power generator, converting linear motion into circular

Transferring inconsistent reciprocating motion into a circular motion through two clutch bearings and two belts.

Reciprocating bar is attached to two separate belts. One belts has clamp on top section and second belt has clamp on bottom section. Left sides of both belts are spinning gears with needle roller clutch bearings.

May I ask what determines the speed of your drive motor?

Is there a feedback system such as Hall for the drive motor?
