Is the panoramic xray the one you stand up in and it moves around your head? Would it be helpful if you had one of those scans that shows what your teeth were like before they broke as well. Like a before and after?

Hi Doc, just tired of having problem after problem. In the last year I have had almost all my dental work over my life of 53 years crumble and break. I have been Deployed 4 times to 135 degree heat and eating a lot of MRE's and I didn't do great dental hygiene in these hot zones. I am a 30 year Retired Army vet. It started In Desert Storm, Iraq, Afghanistan, and 2 tours in Kuwait. I am a Navy Brat and was moving constantly with my father. So getting the same Dental care was difficult. my teeth have paid the price and I now have a lot of teeth missing and can't eat what I want. I don't care about how white or how perfect. I just want a decent smile and be able to chow again. I have Delta Dental Insurance that has about $30, 000 coverage. but I need a full top and bottom restoration. Have can you help me if it can be helped?
