I was reviewing my videos and found a mistake in this video, which was the formula for nullity of the matrix. Kindly correct it
Rank(A) + Nullity (A) = n
Where,
A is the matrix
n is the **number of COLUMNS** (i have written rows instead of columns in the video🙏🙏🙏)

So Nullity(A) = (no. Of columns of A) - rank(A)

Ma'am you said that we have to change the matrix in reduced row echelon form, but in that form we only have 1 or 0 in the matrix but here after reducing you have -1 and 2 and such entries. Then how is this in reduced row echelon form?

So Nullity(A) = (no. Of columns of A) - rank(A)

This corrected formula that u gave in your description...is this in the case of finding nullity only in the case of column space or does this formula nullity(A) = (no. Of columns of A) - rank(A) also apply for finding NULLITY of row space.

If we do RRF TO A MATRIX THEN THE RANK WILL BE:
1. Number of non zero rows
2.Number of column contains leading 1 .
