Well done!! Here's a few more ideas that worked great for mine:
1) laundry sink (I have wall mount to free floor space) with portable dishwasher (for cleaning the easy way) & hose with sprayer (use strainer screens to catch debris). I use the sink/sprayer daily.
2) air compressor in a closet reduces noise.
3) shower valve on water lines to spigot for hot water to hose.
4) (wish I'd done this) put FRP on walls around the laundry sink (and your car wash).

I built my 30 x 50 shop about the same time. I also built a loft. My loft is approximately 28‘ x 14‘ and mine is a living area with entertainment center and couches and recliners with a really nice finished wood floor. I also spray foam insulated mine. I also did a video on my channel about my cost breakdown and mine ended up being just over $70, 000. Looks like you got a really good deal on your concrete compared to mine. I spent 13, 000 on my concrete and it was just 4 inches thick with an area for my two post lift. That was several inches thicker. I also have a 10‘ x 50‘ covered concrete porch so technically I guess my concrete pad is 40x50 but still $13k. Love your shop. I’m currently building what is 65 C10 short bed. it’s funny to see the similarities of other people with like interests.

Your costs are very similar to when I built ours. Prices are insane and extras add up fast. Your lucky you could tie into your septic. Here it would mean adding another septic tank for added capacity and I was pretty far away so I didn’t even go down that path due to extreme cost. Great looking garage…you’ll get tons of use out of it!

4:42 Your (T&P) temperature pressure Relief line must be against code, well it is in Texas you suppose to use copper or cpvc image 210 °F blasting though a rubber hose, it will melt it and make a mess of hot water in your kitchen cabinets, in Mexico many people use that kind of hose to run LP Gas thru wall, and many have had structure fires, that hose was made for a garden hose.

You should add a garbage disposal switch to your water heater. That way you don’t have to constantly unplug it, you could just press a button.

I built a 40x45 wood building started in 19 then Covid-19’s shit floor heat I’m at 175, 000 it gets out of control fast
