Wow, nice building. I just finished my own shop. 25x44 10' ceiling with hand built swinging barn doors. 6" slab with radiant floor heat. Only $19, 000. Been in construction for the past 30 yrs and I did all the work myself with help from 4 of my friends.

Paul, it's simply amazing how much of the building you get done working by yourself!! Still looking forward to you and guys putting up my building, it's going to be a little smaller now that we are within the City limits and have to follow all their restrictions!! The really nice thing is I'm only 5 minutes away and all my materials are right next door in a storage stall.

I’ve just built my 20x30 with 10ft walls a few weeks ago. Fully insulated, drywall and paint. Heat and ac mini split with new concrete pad and entry 16x8 garage door and has a side porch/breezeway. All in with labor was 23k. I’m still laying in my flooring so that will add about 2k to the end. 25k doesn’t seem too bad, all of the interior including wiring was done by me to save money and time. I went with the exact color theme as you with the black skirting, white walls and black roof all metal with the exception of the framing as it was traditional stick framed vs metal carport style build 🤙
