I recently discovered mango guacamole. It is delicious.
It's so good I'm surprised it doesn't cause cancer (turns out it is actually good for you).

I like to add a little garlic and even a little turmeric sometimes.

Whole wheat tortilla chips or a bomb salad would be all you need. You could also get some challah bread, grilled chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, the guac of course, and some really good mayo and make a delish sandwich.
