i just realized something. not only does the voice filter effect give an artificial feel to the voice, which makes sense given the Text-to-Speech aspect of TTS Emps, but ON TOP OF THAT the voice is FITTING given that Big E is both the God Emperor AND the Omnissiah, so the voice is both very robotic AND very human in sound.
i'm not sure if those layers were intentional, but WOW, that was an INTERESTING revelation for me.
