Did find it weird FnB wasn't listed in any of them.

It's a shame they didn't use this as an opportunity to fix the editing errors, as sometimes that can pull me out of a story when there's errors in the writing! I think the cover arts look cool, I actually really like the spines and how they all looked stacked together. I'm indifferent to them because I like the cover arts of the previous edition anyway!

I like how explicitly fantasy the new covers are. Here in Bulgaria we have covers with a house sigil (the show versions). Stark sigil for AGOT, Baratheon sigil for ACOK, Lannister sigil for ASOS, Greyjoy sigil for AFFC and Targaryen sigil for ADWD. I still like these.

Try looking up the new editions in Poland - they are purely books-related and they are GORGEOUS. Amazing art on every cover

thanks for the video im gonna buy the books for the first time and i have never seen these covers so i had to make sure theyre what i want lol i never see ppl with those but somehow theyre cheaper then the ogs so i might end up with these haha

I'm from the UK and the MMPBs do not fit in with the average paperback from here, but the art on these ones are, in my opinion, so much better and has made me want to import them and suffer with books that just don't fit in

I just began my first-read of this series today as I own the first book, but spelling errors will pull me out since English is my 2nd language. Is there any physical editions without these errors you talk about? 🤔 Great review and very informative for a new ASoIF reader.

I find it quite interesting that the term "babe" is used in both of your editions of ACOK, because my version does have the plural "Babes". Im reading from a harper voyager version of the novel published in 2011. Is it possible that my version has a typo? Or that the bantam version of the novel is the one with the typo?
