I own a Saturn Sky Redline, I used to own Mustangs but they got boring after a while, everyone and their mom drives a mustang. The parts are actually specially designed from an Opel Gt. the car was built specifically for racing and is the highest Horsepower per liter engine GM has ever produced.

That sky had a clean acceleration at the start

Sky redline and Solstice gxp usually trap right at high 90s low 100s in the high 13s low 14s bone stock with their very powerful and easily upgradable 260hp 2.0 turbo ecotecs . Judging by the way this one ran I'm pretty sure it's auto which is good for consistent 1/4 non spinning like this one. This car probably has surprisingly few mods. Possibly just a tune.... it was awfully quiet. To trap 108 you usually need around 290whp so you should change the claim about the sky's mods.

@Chad bates. its not Pontiac parts... Saturn is its own Brand... Saturn was actually getting a big face lift before they were cut by GM... The Sky is awesome and turns alot of heads and it beats alot of Camaros, Mustangs, etc out there...

Picked my 07 Solstice GXP with a RPM Motorsports stage 2 tune. This thing pulls like crazy and cant wait to take it here. My 2015 Challenger with 305 HP (3.8) did a best of 14.3 @ 97 MPH but I know this GXP is tons faster. My guess is a low 13 or high 12 sec quarter at about 105 MPH

True, sky probably only has a tune and intercooler at most. These cars typically did 98-101 mph stock. The automatics were also quicker 0-60 because of better traction and brake-torquing. Only problem is the LNF engine is weak. Can't really take them over 320 FWHP and expect it to last long and will def def have some big issues. Built internals and 23-24 psi on a 350fwhp LNF 2.0 turbo will put this sky into the high 11's at near 118 mph.

Hayden, you are nuts if you think a saturn sky can do 170mph. A stock sky redline will do 150. Add 75-80 hp more and it'll do about 170? You, like SOOO many others need to understand that most cars can't even get close to the top speed on their speedometer, unrestricted. Especially a lit of 4clyinder cars.

I was going to buy a Saturn Sky Red Line, but I only found high mileage Red Lines. So, I bought a 2008 NA 2.4L with 44, 000 miles.
Well, I also own an Electric Smart car and it is way faster than my Saturn :(
I have looked at turbo kits for the 2.4L. How do they compare?

Can't tell who won. The time/speed sign is terrible.
