I love Dan casually mentioning he has a therapist. It's nice how society changed to the point where a famous person can just casually mention having a therapist. Dan does a great job at normalising taking care of your mental health and he did an even better job writing his book with a therapist about how to look after yourself. He will probably cringe at his current self in a few years time, but I hope he can also feel proud of what he has achieved
