This no longer works in the latest editions of Premiere Pror as they have discontinued support of this codec and you get the error message that codec is not compatible - instead you have to use Pro res with Alpha

It works, but the only problem with this is when you do this to a clip as short as 1 minute. The file size gets so unnecessarily large, like 4gig of just images thats not even videos
