As an Indian... This is the type of criticism i want for my country. Not the Washington Post, NYT, BBC once.
They are just hating on India... Meanwhile people like you, who respects the country give criticism whi is geniune and we can listen to is and work on it for our own benefit.

As an Indian I don't find anything wrong with constructive criticism.

As an Indian, I agree with all the corrective measures. Firstly, age barriers must be removed from technical education especially ITI, Diplomas and Degrees in Engineering. Secondly, our government must relax the environmental laws and bureaucratic loopholes which are the graveyard of most indigenous entrepreneurs.

I would say more Indian people will be willing to listen to logical arguments and work on improving the world around them।. Kudos to the cultural warriors for keeping a balance between old and new.🎉

As a non-Indian, I have huge respect for India and the Indian people. There's a reason why the world's most successful companies are run by Indian CEOs. Microsoft, Google, Adobe, IBM, Chanel, Starbucks, the list goes on. Is it the family emphasis on education, values, success? Is it the fact that there is a big population and hence the need to compete and perform? The world can definitely learn a lot from India.

This video is absolutely gold. It taught me so much. THIS IS THE CRITICISM WE NEED AND SEEK. Not that random hunger index where they ask 3000 people "Guys did you eat today?".

I'm Indian and things are a lot better than in 2014.First time in my life I'm seeing Infrastructure progress right before me.The current government is also quite stable.Hopefully India would continue it's economic growth of 7-8% and be on par with china by 2050

As an Indian, I always say we don't have to compete, we just have to do what's good for us and we will automatically do well

We love constructive criticism. The more we know where we lack, the more we can improve. Thanks for making us aware Patrick

I moved with my family from EU to India, the cost of life is like 70% lower than in Europe but they need to work on their infrastructure. If you want to compare the two, you have to look at Chinese infrastructure, they are way more advanced with everything. India is leading in low cost labour while China is leading with production facilities and infrastructure to support the export of goods. Corruption is still high in India and many government processes are very very slow, while China is moving fast with foreign investment.

Sounds like India need community colleges. 2 year associates degree's. 9 months trade schools. 3 month workforce training jobs. an adult learning center so the people who didn't take their K-12 education seriously can get another chance to try again aka the GED program. Then the ACT program to go to community college. A Pathway out of Poverty. All are done with a community college.

No Indian will ever criticise you to explain these facts.

Indians are striving to get better every single day!!!
