No screw Pullup Bar review after 6 months / Many injuries later

I bought from decathlon..just little tightening rotation with both wrists and it never gives any problem.

It's because you are gripping the bar and pulling on it in the wrong direction. The torque produced will loosen the bar instead of tightening it. This can be solved by doing the pullup by facing the direction opposite to the direction you are facing in this video. This way, the more you pull on the bar, the more it tightens. 👍👍

Bro im using no screw pull up bar since 6 years it is very strong and had no fault like this thanks God...!!

You have to screw the 2 added end cup to inside the door jamb then extend out the bar to fit inside

Usme mat laga bhai woh smooth area rehta hai wood hai uske upar paint bhi hai isliye slip hora hai grip nahi honeke wajah se nahi toh koi problem nahi hai

Either you didn't tighten it properly or that particular product is not good, cuz, I've been using it since 3 years never had a problen

I put 2 small nails on each side to prevent it from sliding down. dont put the nail all the way into the wall, n it works great n can patch up after n I used a really small nail
