People have used the handwritten signature to prove their identity, but it has also become an expression of personality in addition to being a sign of growing into adulthood. But now, the signature may be going out of style.

My friends and I all had our signatures decided by the time we were 8. We had a club and in order to join you had to sign a document on every single page instructing the rules of the club. There were about 100 pages with all obnoxiously big handwriting. I still use that signature to this day
