Valuable information Artemus! There are a lot of people out there not willing to push themselves and have overtraining as an excuse. As Artemus have mentioned, your body will show when it needs the rest. But until then, just keep grinding!

Great video. When you were with Frank Zane did you speak to him about what type and frequency cardio he did? I don't think the pros today look the way they do because of a lack of cardio. Most do two sessions a day to prepare for shows. I thinks it's the amount of food they have to consume on a regular basis to be that big. Basically force feeding stretches the stomach. Thanks

I've heard of you before, But never knew you where so open about the ''reality''

That show's alot of balls for someone who isnt that long in the industry yet and working itself to the top! To be saluted.

I'm the same way I'm def a high volume and high intensity kind of guy as well. It always worked for me. I tried other ways and didn't seem to work for me. I'm weight training for an hour and half to 2 hours as well. It just always seemed to work for me. Point is you have to figure out what works for your body. That goes with same as nutrition as well. My body doesn't seem to like or handle carbs well so I eat low to no carbs. If I eat carbs or alot of carbs I get fat. Whereas some of my friends can eat carbs all day long and not get fat. Everyone's body is different. Just gotta find out what works for you. Btw great inspiration man! Keep up the great n hard work!

It's a genetic thing. It would also depend on how developed and advanced you are. I lose pump after a certain amount of sets and I grow better with low(er) volume for the most parts. Overtraining does exist and it's different for each individual. Some can go crazy volume, some can't. Some grow better on high volume, some grow better on lower volume
