Don’t you ever say he wasn’t good… he’d have you under the table 😂😂😂

He actually was one of the best ever. The best physiques the best personality and the best brain. He just didn't get into the politics and he was not given the Ultimate Prize but he deserved it

Bro said never won while arnold rigged the olympia

It amazes me how underrated he is considering he was the first to ever receive a perfect score of 300 at the 1978 Mr. Universe

mike was THE best he scored the only perfect 300 in Mr universe history and didn’t win the Olympia purely due to politics

I started HIT training after 2 years of mediocre progress and I feel like it helped me learn to make every rep count and prioritize recovery. So far I’ve had better results in progressive overloading despite spending less time at the gym.

Mike won the heavyweight division of the Olympia in 79. Yates and Coleman also used variations of HIT.

The biggest upside: it saves a lot of time.
It works great for me, I was never as strong and as big as I am now.

If you are going to train that way, it is a must that you have a dedicated workout partner for forced reps and negatives.

He scored a perfect 300 and it's for advanced lifters

He didn’t win because Arnold’s judges didn’t want him to win.

Mike was not only a great bodybuilder, he was a philosopher, a scolar and just very intelligent man. Its pleasure jsut to listen to him talk. He logically explains his thought process and puts up great arguements in bodybuilding. Only when i started HIT i saw almost immediate progress. As if i actually saw the progress myself, not kind of sqw.

If Ronnie Coleman had trained HIT, he’d still be walking pain-free today, and possibly staging a comeback in the senior ranks.
