Full Remarks: NTSB Sunday briefing on Amtrak collision in Cayce, South Carolina

National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Robert Sumwalt briefs reporters on the fatal train collision between an Amtrak and CSX train earlier Sunday.
Sumwalt said the Amtrak train was switched to the wrong track and collided with a parked CSX train. Two people were killed and more than 100 people were transported to hospitals, many for non-life threatening injuries.
